I’ve taken the time to scan one of my favorite childhood books — one which helped foster, from an early age, my love for monsters and horror. The book is called Dracula Spectacula, written by John Goldthwaite and illustrated by Nicole Claveloux. It was published in 1975 by the legendary Harlin Quist (google it, shit is tight).
The format is illustrations paired with charming little rhymes. For a children’s book, I think these illustrations are sufficiently disturbing …
